~ During our first individual coaching call, we will determine your current fitness and health levels, then I will create a personalized workout based on your fitness and health goals.
~ You will learn how to establish do-able and workable 30, 60 and 90 day goals.
~ Learn which foods to ADD, not subtract to help you lose weight and yummy recipes to go along with them!
~ Discover how to eat for YOUR body, not how to eat like a celebrity. When you do what works for you, THAT is when you will experience success!
~ Design a home gym that fits your space, your budget and your current fitness equipment.
~12 regularly scheduled group coaching calls that will be recorded so you can re-listen to at your convenience.
~ You'll receive an Exploration Jounal where you can document your "aha" momens, your thoughts and discoveries as we go through the program, as well as a Food Jounal, which I am happy to review to see where I can offer alternatives, or just verify that you are doing a great job!
~ You'll also be part of a Facebook focus group, so you'll have a community of support!
